No matter where you live or what you do for a living, you know we need a change of leadership and a change of direction in Sacramento.

I am Kevin Biggers, a candidate running for State Senate in the 25th District because it is clear the problems California faces cannot be corrected by the same career politicians who created those problems.

As your Senator, I will fight for transportation projects in our area to reduce traffic and its impact on the environment. The economic activity spurred by these new projects will help provide jobs, strengthen our tax base and generate revenues for vital community services that improve our quality of life.

As a successful entrepreneur and businessman, I also firmly believe we must make education and job training a priority. In the State Senate, I will fight to commit more resources to preparing today’s students to create a better tomorrow.

As a former city councilmember, I have the experience necessary to be an effective leader in the legislature on the very first day I take office.
